i first listened to this song when i was 11 and since then i love it so much. the lyric is so beautiful and i love the singers voice.I'll be going to japan this year on an exchange student program. i would love to sing this song to the japanese people. let them know how beautiful malaysia is from this song. wait no! i dont have the voice so maybe i'll just let them listen to it!  but then still there is some people who is really rude. they actually put the lyric on their blog and they change the word such as from 'BEACHES' to 'BITCHES' i mean seriously? respect la sikit! not just that, she even said;

"The music is horribly synthesised, the singing so full of enthusiasm and soul it hurts, the pronunciation is bad and it is such a hard sell that it hits you with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. The most tragic bit is that it's not bad enough to be good (a la William Hung), but just mediocre."
